Nikon and Intrepid travel have teamed up for the launch of the Ultimate Guide to Travel Photography published by Footprints publishing.
Written by acclaimed author and photographer of 'Unforgettable Places to see Before you Die' Steve Davey, it covers things you'll need to know about travel photography including preparation, exploring with a camera and all of the technical stuff, as well as hints and tips on many travel photography scenarios.
There are Pro-Tips, such as information about shooting in RAW format, as well as specific information for users of SLRs and DSLRs, and tips on making money from your photography.
Broken down by technique and photography style rather than destination, you can find the type of photo you're trying to take and then look up the right techniques to achieve it.
When you buy the book, you get exclusive access to a dedicated website, with further information sections, expanded photographic galleries of Steve's work, weblinks from the book and a forum to ask the author questions
Talking to newsmen last evening, Nawaz Sharif said he also asked Zardari to immediately restore the deposed judges, as it was critical to ensure the rule of law, especially to nullify the unlawful, unconstitutional, unjustified and immoral act of the dictator.
Nawaz said that Zardari must fulfil his promises.
I have no grudge whatsoever against the government but I am disappointed that the promises made with us were not kept, The News quoted him as saying.
The PML-N leader also said that the Government should avoid unnecessary delay in executing the resolution of the in-camera joint session of the Parliament, which, he said, was a milestone in itself and was undoubtedly indispensable to eradicate the root causes of militancy and terrorism.
Answering a question regarding his meeting with Zardari, Nawaz Sharif said he cherished such gestures of the President and reiterated his principle stance that the PML-N would carry out its constructive role within the Parliament and outside it, and whenever the party would be asked to play any role for the sake of Pakistan and its prosperity.
He said the country was suffering from enormous problems due to former president's Pervez Musharraf's dictatorial policies which needed to be set aside without any further delay
