As with Spidey 3, though, the camera will often drive you nuts. Its a problem that comes with fast 3-D games, and sometimes changing direction will throw off your perspective. EL PASO, Texas (AP) - A police officer involved in a deadly shooting is back at work after being cleared by a grand jury.
Video of the June shooting released Wednesday shows the suspect appearing to point a small revolver at El Paso police Office Matthew Jones before Jones takes cover and fires several times. Gregory Smith, 48, suffered a dozen wounds from 11 shots and died in the motel parking lot where he was shot.
In the brief dash camera video, Jones tries to arrest Smith before taking cover and firing as Smith lunges toward him with what police now say was a toy.
An El Paso County grand jury declined to indict Jones on Tuesday.
