Greg Terry.Terry said when the kidnapper was confronted by the mother, he dropped the infant and the diaper bag. A camera dropped from the bag and the mother grabbed it to take a picture of the suspect. He swiped it from her hand, said Terry.The suspect ran out of the home, but returned minutes later to the home next door. Police say he is friends with the neighbors and has been seen hanging around the neighborhood.Officers say they found the man sitting on the porch. He was taken into custody after the mother positively identified him, Terry said. He was not immediately identified
